When you book a service, send an enquiry or place an order we collect your name, contact details, and details of the watch or products concerned. Payments are processed securely by our booking & shop provider (Webukit) and payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store card details.
To take and manage your booking or order, to reply to your enquiry, to contact you about your repair, and to keep records of work carried out. We do not sell your data. We may send booking confirmations and, where you agree, occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
This site uses essential cookies only, plus the embedded Webukit booking and shop widgets which set cookies needed to process your booking or basket. We use map tiles from CARTO/OpenStreetMap and fonts from Google Fonts.
